Job Opportunity: Assistant to the Director
Monthly Income: 25,000,000 VND – 50,000,000 VND (Based on capability)
Work Location: 16F6, DN5 Street, Dong Hung Thuan Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
Experience: Minimum 01 year in a similar role
- Review technical documents and coordinate with departments to execute contracts (generators, switchboards, substations).
- Draft official dispatches, administrative documents, and bidding dossiers ensuring high legal compliance.
- Manage and monitor workflow across departments to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Represent the Director in internal and external meetings, project discussions, and on-site surveys.
- Identify and manage operational risks to provide timely advice to the Board of Directors.
- Age: 22 – 45; Associate/Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of electrical engineering or the generator industry.
- Strong logical thinking, quick learning ability, and high pressure tolerance.
- Excellent communication and flexible problem-solving skills.
- High dedication, willing to travel for work, and minimal family constraints.
